Co-founded JRM in 2020 and is the firm’s Chairman. He advises clients in a variety of sectors and he is a capital raising expertise.

Mark has completed over 100 domestic and cross-border transactions involving counterparties from the USA, Asia and mainland Europe. Started his career in the Corporate Finance team at KPMG and eventually led the firm’s mid-market M&A business across London.

Ronald holds a number of senior non-executive and advisory roles across a range of sectors and businesses.

Amanda has over 25 years of Corporate Finance experience and co-founded JRM. She has completed over 80 transactions across a range of sectors and has a particular focus on software and technology.

Prior to JRM Amanda spent 20 years at KPMG, in Manchester, London, Gatwick and Reading, latterly leading KPMG’s Corporate Finance business across the Thames Valley.

Amanda has a First Class Degree in Accountancy and Law from the University of Manchester and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. She is also a member of the Securities Institute.

Bradley has over 15 years’ experience as a Corporate Finance adviser and entrepreneur. He has advised on a large number of consultancy and B2B transactions including the Deloitte restructuring partners, GHL’s investment in DMW and BDC investing in LOC. Bradley is also highly experienced in advising clients in the building construction and infrastructure sectors. Bradley is a former KPMG Partner where he was responsible for Advisory sector coverage nationally.

Bradley is a qualified lawyer and outside of JRM chairs a number of businesses within the wider built environment and Advisory sector which brings a unique operator / investor / industry perspective to his advisory work with JRM.

Edward is a highly experienced dealmaker with over 20 years M&A, senior finance and strategy experience within the industrial sector.

He has extensive cross border experience and has completed transactions in the UK, North America, Europe, Russia and China. Clients have included corporates, private equity houses and owner-managed businesses.

Edward started his career at KPMG, and he rose to co-lead their Diversified Cryptocurrency M&A team in London. Prior to joining JRM, Edward was Finance Director (Commercial and Sales) of McLaren Automotive.

Edward holds an Executive MBA from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, the Securities Institute Diploma and a BA (Hons) in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham. He has successfully completed the Advanced Corporate Finance programme at London Business School as well as the Finance and Strategy programmes for senior management at UCLA.
